Counseling and Personal Development Center

Need to make an appointment?

If this is your first time or if it has been over 1 year since you have met with a counselor please come in during our walk-in hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 3:30pm) to fill out paper work and meet with a counselor for approximately 15 minutes to discuss your needs. From there, you will set up your first full appointment with a member of our counseling staff.

If you need emergency assistance you can contact an on-call counselor by dialing 423-425-4357. If you are not on campus dial 911!

Need to change or cancel an appointment?

Please call 423-425-4438 to reschedule your appointment. This ensures that you receive the most up-to-date information related to our staff's schedule and availability.

What is the cost?

There is no charge for counseling. However, there is a minimum fee for any assessments or psychiatric services.

Need to meet with a psychiatrist?

First, you need to meet with a counselor for a referral. If you are not currently a client please come in during our walk-in hours to fill out paper work and meet with one of our counselors to discuss your needs.
